The Quantitative Casting
Furnace of Magnesium Meltings is new product deve
loped by our company. It is composed of melting
furnace,heat holding furnace, transport system,
and quantitative feeding system.It can fulfil
vacuum refining of the magnesium alloy meltings
without adding solvents, and can transport
the meltings quantitatively to the gate of the
die-casting machine, and prodt~e qualified die-casting
magnesium alloy products. It was initiated inside
China and filled up the emptiness of China. Equipped
together with ordinary die-casting machines, it
can greatly reduce the equipment investment of
magnesium alloy die-casting industries (which
is 1/6 of the imported equipments), therefore
reduce the cost of the products. It is really
the best choice of magnesium die-casting industries.
The protective gas
equipment of magnesium melting is an attached
product for the Quantitative Casting Furnace.
It is also a new developed equipment of our
company. The protective gas adopted in this
equipment has a better protection effect than
that ofthe same kind. With lower cost and no
pollution,it is the green gas for environment
protection.
The surface treatment
equipment adopted by the company is also a new
research result inside China. With new type
technologies, it has overcome the shortcomings
of environment pollution of traditional surface
treatment technologies.
